At Windmill Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all instruments and accessories. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and documentation.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Instrument

  Carefully pack your guitar or gear in its original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Windmill Guitars

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our main warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
